Based on long-term research and application of alloy materials, targeting the extruder accessory industry, BLM has improved three alloy materials by modifying the alloy composition and adding other alloys: BLM60-S(Ni60-S) : Corrosion resistant alloy material used for liner, with price of high-speed steel but performance of HIP iron-based powder alloy. BLM60(Ni60) : Super wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material for liner, with price of iron-based powder alloy but the properties of nickel based powder alloy BLM6(Stellite 6) : Super corrosion-resistant alloy material used for screw elements, with price of iron-based powder alloy but properties of cobalt based powder alloy.
